Centre Manager

Amelia is the Centre Manager at Young Minds Academy Elderslie, bringing over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. Having worked across a wide range of roles within the sector, she offers a hands-on, supportive, and deeply informed approach to leadership. Amelia also holds an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification, strengthening her commitment to high-quality education and care.

As a proud member of the Camden community, Amelia is passionate about supporting local families and becoming a meaningful part of each child’s early learning journey. She believes that strong, genuine relationships are the foundation of a thriving centre and is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where families feel a true sense of belonging.

Amelia leads with empathy, positivity, and collaboration. She is committed to building a strong team culture where educators feel valued, inspired, and confident in their roles. By working closely alongside her team, she provides ongoing guidance and mentorship, ensuring a consistent, high standard of care and education for every child.
